Just so you know, my idea of "a couple of paragraphs" is usually what everybody else thinks of as "The Great American Novel"...

I started out as a Handspring user, owning three Visors, one of which only lasted a couple months before I dropped it just the wrong way and cracked the screen. I even bought the Sprint hardware add-on for the Visor which let me convert it into a phone, essentially the precursor to the Treo. Thus began my love affair with the Palm OS, something which continued with my first true Palm product, the Tungsten T. I LOVED the slide-out writing area, so much that I eventually upgraded to the T3. That's where Palm love affair ended, as I experienced many software issues with the OS and repeated resets. Less than a year after getting the T3, I changed teams and got my first Windows Mobile device, a Dell Axim x30.

The x30 was a beauty - 624Mhz processor, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SD slot...I went nuts with that handheld, even buying the 2006 Smartphone & Pocket PC software pack, which I still put to good use. Best $199 I ever spent.

Earlier this year, I upgraded to my first smartphone, the AT&T Tilt. My only complaint is the video driver issue - I'd like to take better videos with my phone than what I currently am able to do. Other than that, my Tilt is my "hip office" and practically carries my life on it.
