1. i have tried running active sync both before and after connecting the fuze. no go. i tried to sync it manually but the option isnt highlighted and it wont let me click it.
2. i am plugging the usb cord directly into the usb ports (ive tried all four) that are built into my laptop. i will try the windows update tomorrow.
any other suggestions?
