SDHC was invented to produce greater capacities on SD memory. It's still fuzzy about Axim's compatibility with SDHC.
I have a x51v that run a 16GB SDHC Sandisk Extreme II card fine. Personally, I believe Sandisk and Kingston produce the best SD/SDHC cards and will not settle for anything less. Some of the "Extreme" cards from Sandisk are pretty expensive but I would rather buy from a reliable manufacture.
