The Advantage has been backed up, and I'm now proceeding with the ROM flashing. I will post my steps, pics and results when I'm finished.
@Bigstr: Yes, I tend to err on the side of caution and have up to this point resisted the temptation to update, but it's more out of curiosity about the process and inherent improvements than a desire for show or frivolous youtubing.:)
