At&T has locked down the Fuze to prevent users from using it as a modem unless the user subscribes to their more expensive data plan.

Fixing this is a simple registry edit:

Using a registry editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Comm > InternetSharing > settings
DELETE the "ForceCellConnection" Key

Now when you open up the Internet Sharing application you should see the following options:

PC Connection: set this to Bluetooth PAN
Network Connection: set this to MEdia Net

On the Pocket PC you will pair the FUZE with the Pocket PC and create a shortcut, but instead of using the BLuetooth modem profile, you'll use the "Connect to a network" or Bluetooth PAN profile.

Then on the Fuze in the Internet Sharing screen, you'll select Connect and then on the Pocket PC, you'll tap the Bluetooth PAN shortcut you just created and presto! you're connected.
