Yes, I meant 'reconnect' by turning off and on. For ex, day 1, I turn it on, navigate it, and off. On day 2, I tried to turn it on, but gps software (i.e. Dell Navigator) is working but cannot connect to GPS (does not receive GPS signal). This is quite intermittent, so roughly half or 1/3 of the trials was fine.

Yes, in any case, the soft reset (by pressing back buffton) put everything in normal. Dell Navigator can connect to gps with no problems at all..
