I just upgraded to AT&T's HTC Fuze after three years of using my Cingular 8125. I noticed that although I set-up Word Completion in Settings, it's not suggesting any words when I type.
I checked "Suggest words when entering text" and "Enable Auto-correct".
Suggest after entering 1 letter
Suggest 4 words
But, still no word suggestions when I type in a Word document or message.
What can I do? I really miss word-completion.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks VERY much!

I hope this is what you're looking for and you don't need to hack/crack your phone to do it...
1.) Press: START > SETTINGS > PERSONAL (tab) > INPUT (icon) > WORD COMPLETION (tab)
2.) Check the box "Suggest words when entering text"
3.) When finished with the other options press the OK button
4.) Open a program for typing (i.e., email, MMS, etc.)
5.) Slide out the physical keyboard
6.) Press: FN (key) (within 5 seconds press the T9 (key) (bottom left corner of keyboard)
7.) A new window will pop up and select "T9 English"
Now start typing and it should suggest words based on your settings in step 3.
I hope this works! I had to call HTC to get this simple yet has become a VERY complicated feature to work.
