I can't tell that HP didn't manage the warranty repair excellently, on their part they always were definitely fast. This "third time" the weirdest thing happened tho, the speaker came back to life. It kept dyeing over and over with tcpmp, until it simply started working again out of nowhere. So I had to cancel the repair call with HP ;) Still... bah

Something is definately not right in the speaker connection, I'm thinking. I mean it
could be a driver issue, but the behavior just makes me think it's a physical connection at fault.
If it were me, I'd be inclined to get it replaced even if it was working (for now). Anything that "fixes" itself can just as likely to decide later on to unfix itself.
