First of all, I may be in the wrong discussion board, and I apologise as I really do not know which channel I should be posting my question to. Mods, please move this thread to the correct board should it be a misfit in here. Thanks

Ok, my problem is this. On 03/06/09 I bought an app for my symbian S60v5 phone from Handango, and I received a coupon for a 25% discount on my next purchase.

On the mail it states
" *Offer midnight C.S.T. 3/31/2009 is only available on Handango.com.
The sale discounts only apply to the first billing cycle for subscription products. "

I noticed there is a "*" but there isn't any fine print on the mail I received to about the offer.

So what happens is that on 03/31/09 about 4/5am C.S.T I logged in to make my purchase, and I got an error saying that my coupon has expired.

I emailed their tech and the reply I got is

"Midnight on 03/31/2009 is about 5 hours before 5am on 03/09/2009."

Is there any thing about dates and time in US that a non-US resident need to know?
