It can be tricky, I had an alarm system for my bike delivered today from the states, it was marked Used goods return to owner.
Customs opened it and because it was packed in sealed bags they decided to hit me with 80 euros tax.
It can be hit and miss, but If the deals fall through I'll take it. At that price I'd be crazy not too.
I even think 115 is too cheap, try buying a stand alone Nav system.

I don't mean too cheap, just that the whole package was a good deal at that price.
