I liked mine a lot. I much prefer it's sliding keyboard mechanism to the Touch Pro's. It's qvga and lacks a GPS, but for a touchscreen smartphone it worked very well for me. I always used the extended battery and always seemed to have plenty of battery power. I think it's much better than my Fuze for one-handed use. The call/hangup buttons are placed such that I never had to change my grip to start/end a phonecall, when I wasn't using voicecommand. Verizon didn't seem to have as much bloatware on this phone as AT&T on some of their phones.
