I don't know. Maybe it's my WM2003. File transfer works fine, it's just the Outlook that won't sync. I've tried a number of things and finally gave up. I have a cradle both at home and work, so, it's no big deal really.
BTW - It did work when I had AS 4.3. When I upgraded to 4.5 it stopped.
