I have the same problem. The sync connector on my Axim is broken, and only works if it's in a specific position. My Axim won't turn on, even after leaving it plugged in until the power light turned green. I'm using a charging cable, not the original charger. When I plug it in to the Axim
without the battery, the screen turns on. So I'm thinking it's a battery problem, but I'm not sure. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great. Also, I only have sporadic dial-up access, so I can't get the video. If someone could post stills, I'd be greatly appreciative.
