What's with customer support? I've emailed
key@dinarsoft.com, as well as 2 other support numbers twice about an invalid key that was sent to me when I purchased HandySwitcher. It's been over a week now, and I haven't heard anything. I was really enjoying HandySwitcher after my purchase, without noticing that the key that was sent to me when I purchased it apparently hadn't unlocked it. You were apparently quick about debiting my credit card, but not so interested in customer support after the sale. I'm definitely not buying anything else from this company, but since HandySwitcher is the best task switcher that I've found, I would like a key that works.
If anyone on this forum knows where I can download a keygen to generate my own key, let me know that as well. I've paid for the software, but since Dinarsoft apparently doesn't care about their customers, I need to get a key wherever I can find one. I've never used a keygen, so any help with how one works would be appreciated as well.
