What's with customer support? I've emailed key@dinarsoft.com, as well as 2 other support numbers twice about an invalid key that was sent to me when I purchased HandySwitcher. I've paid for the software, but since Dinarsoft apparently doesn't care about their customers, I need to get a key wherever I can find one. I've never used a keygen, so any help with how one works would be appreciated as well.

Perhaps you could try sending them a private message through this forum - they have replied to this thread, so you can find them to leave a private message pretty easily.
I understand your frustration, but your request in regards to getting a keygen and generating your own key is inappropriate for this forum since such "tools" can be used to pirate software.
If anyone responds with information about getting a keygen, using a keygen or anything along those lines, their post will be deleted immediately, and they will be banned from the forum.
