iTunes will allow you to convert from WMA to MP3. And it's free. But like Gigi says, you're going to get some degradation.

Like when you make a photocopy of a document, and then photocopy that photocopy. It'll get a little bit worse with each generation. Re-ripping from the source CD is the best bet if you're concerned about the quality.
