There was a registry hack that would work with previous PPC OSes (a search of the site should bring it up but it's been a couple of years since I've seen it so it may be a chore to find). I have no idea if it will work with WM5.
That's also true for the software: a freeware option is available at
Pocket Multi Partnership Sync - v1.2 and
Kelbran has a small program call Sync Manager that allows you to keep multiple partnerships (I've used their IP Manager which also includes this function as well as some additional network tools). Kelbran specifically says Sync Manager works with AcitveSync 3.1, 3.5, 3.6, or 3.7 which isn't a good sign (although they may just haven't updated the webite).
