Mobility Site - View Single Post - Active Sync (or AXIM?) closes connection during sync....

So, now i'm really pi...d off:

i received my "replacement" axim today.
PPC 2002, the DPad is as bad as on the other one and:

If i try to sync, it stops a few seconds after connecting.

- yes i deleted the partnership
- yes i did a soft reset
- yes i renamed my axim

any idea what that could be??

btw.: i received a refurb and i send it back so long until they send me a new one......
