Why not just experiment a little? Up it by, say, 600KB and see if that helps; if not add another 400KB, then another 600, etc. Mine seems fine at 2400KB, but I encode my videos at a pretty low resolution so I can fit more on the card.

Well, I moved it up to 5000KB, and it still seems to skip at times. Especially when there's lots of movement on the screen.
I've actually tried other videos and it really starts to hang up. I even get a loading simbol, the quicktime thing spinning on the screen. Does anyone have any recommendations for settings that might help?
