No, they're actually just avi I've had for a long time. They play fine on my computer. But for some reason parts of them hang up the Axim. Could my SD be too slow?

I used to use windows movie maker to re-encode my video to PPC size. But the quality sucked. I've recently come back to this forum and read a couple of threads about tcpmp working on avi's without re-encoding them.

Do you think I need to re-encode these still or make them smaller some how?
