I love Spb Backup and it works great for me. I have it scheduels to backup every night when docked. So, don't give up on Spb. If you still have any problems...i guess you'll just have to email Spb tech support.

I scheduled the backup to occur at 1 AM. My Dell Axim x51v was in the charging cradle all night. I expected the backup to occur at that time. It did not. Instead, when I attempted to use the device at 7am, after I reset the device, because it was frozen, it began the backup at that time. Could the scheduled 1 AM backup in the charging cradle have caused the device to freeze, and then restart immediately after the reset? I have version 1.1.1, Build 2021
