Thank you Netsyd and Pocketbrain for your timely responses and at the same time I apoligize for my delayed in response as I have been "unpugged" for the last couple of days as I was in the market for a new modem/router.
However, I did as you both suggested and still no connection.
An update: I went out and purchased another modem/router and in the process I upgraded (although I don't see much of an upgrade as I still can't search the internet) although as before my Axim shows that I am connected.
My new router is a Siemans Gigaset SE555.:hide: ...why the same brand? For the money I didn't have a very big selection.
Something I am noticing is that my signal quality looks as though it is fluxuation between normal and poor quality could that be an indicator for something?
