Assuming you are using a domain account to authenticate to the exchange server ... you should not need to enter the "servername" when you logon to OWA.
Username and password should be enough. Even then the servername would be the incorrect thing to put into that input field, since it would be expecting to see "DomainName\Username" in the first input field and your password in the second.
