I never said I disagree with it counting as a deadly weapon.

I didn't know before this that charges could be pressed against an individual for using their hands as a deadly weapon.

I'm just wondering where the line would be drawn regarding the use of hands as a deadly weapon. Does the individual need to be half the size of the other, or the same size? I just think it's an intresting precedent to set to declare the use of hands a "deadly weapon".

Off to to see if there are any similar cases.
