There are just too many issues with WM5 and there are not enough advantages to keep it over WM2003. "Downgrading" (more like UPGRADING!) went very smoothly and now my X50 is happy once again.

I have to ask a dumb question, How did you go back to WM2003. i have the dell CD that came with my X50v but I don't see a way to reinstall 2003. i tried the update but having bluetooth issues that were not there with WM2003.
