I have to ask a dumb question, How did you go back to WM2003. i have the dell CD that came with my X50v but I don't see a way to reinstall 2003. i tried the update but having bluetooth issues that were not there with WM2003.

Go here:
http://support.dell.com/
Login and then select Axim & X50 (it covers both models)
Then you're prompted for the OS. Choose WM5.
You can then download the software to revert.
