Dell

Ok....Called Dell three times today. I had to as the first two did not speak ANY English. IF you call the US support line you would think you would get someone that spoke at least some English. NOW WE KNOW HOW MICHAEL DELL IS MEETING HIS MARGINS. Slave Labor.

The first two in very broken English stated I think Dell is working on a patch to be released within the next 14 days.

The third one who spoke better English stated that a patch should be available within two weeks on the Dell website.

I guess this pretty much confirms what everyone else has been relaying. I still go back to why isn't this issue on the Ipaqs and the Toshiba as I have personally tested them and they are lightening fast. Even the 300mhz Toshiba was much faster with no lag time. Seems to me it is a DELL issue and not a Microsoft issue.
