I don't think you need to worry about this for for WM2k3. I have never noticed any temp files going anywhere other than to the
\My Documents\ folder. The most you can consider is relocating the folders (i.e., Cache, Cookies, History) for Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE). These you can find in the registry @
\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ex plorer\Shell Folders\. Beware that this can cause some slowdowns when using PIE.
