I did not get more details, just a repeat of your statement. Can you actually explain why? :)

"Overwriting the same file in the Windows folder does not delete the file and it does not prevent anything from loading into RAM so there is no benefit whatsover from overwriting it.
In truth it is wasting RAM because you are creating a new file in RAM that serves absolutely no purpose."
