No need to download anything, just create a new, blank text document on your PC and rename it to OdClientCE.exe, copy the file to "\Program Files\Funk Software\Odyssey Client\" on the PPC; this method uses no additional memory.
Also, it's not necessary to copy the file somewhere for future use, just delete the dummy file and soft reset, the file in \Windows is an exact duplicate and will be copied to the Funk directory during the reset.
Overwriting the \Windows file recovers no space, the file is in ROM and can't be deleted, placing a file with the same name in that directory just masks the existing file, it's still there and it you delete the dummy file, the original will show up.
