I usually grab stuff like this at newegg.com (cheap or free shipping and no sales tax, plus you can pay with PayPal). When I checked a while ago the Ridata SD and CF cards were both under $100 for 4gb, but I just checked again and they are sold out.
I'll have to keep my eyes peeled now. There goes what's left of my PayPal account balance!
