all the newly converted SMI files works fine when played on desktop system
maybe I should try v 0.71 instead of the 0.72RC1 ( yes I even match up the subtitle plugin according to version number ... still don't work :) )

Sorry - forgot to mention - one have to disable the fast video decoder in TCPMP (no worry - the decoding speed is still OK).
First - start the right TCPMP (There is now a second one in \programs.
Second - in TCPMP Options - Video choose "Intel 2700G" instead of "Intel 2700G Decoder".
Third - Place the SMI file with the same name together with the movie file.
Fourth - sit back and enjoy.
With the new A2DP added in X50/51 forum today - you can also get the sound to your stereo bluetooth headset.
