I am trying to uninstall a foler and two files remaining from a program (Epocrates) I had previously uninstalled. The folder location is at Start\Windows\AppMgr and the two files are "31EB" abd STP2B01"

When I try to delete them, I get the message "File 31EB is a system file. If you remove it, your device or one of its programs may not work correctly. Are you sure you want to delete it?". I hit YES and then get "Cannot delete. Access denied. Make sure disk is not full or write protected and file is not currently in use".

I am about certain these are not system files, as they are in a folder called "EPocrates" which is the name of the program I had previously uninstalled". I have tried to delete the entire folder and the two files individually and keep getting the same message. The files are small in size, so I suppose it won't hurt anything to keep them there, I just want to get rid of them if at all possible.

Any ideas??
