Yes, I have tried soft resents and then when I try to delete the two files mentioned above, I get the same error messages.
In WIndows/Startup, threre are 7 files/programs listed. The only thing listed that I do not recognize is "odClientCeAutoLaunchSmart". The size of the file is 6.04k. The name of the program I am trying to (completely) remove is EPocrates.
