2) imov (FREE) - Universal Instant Messaging client that allows chat with users of AOL, ICQ, MSN Messenger, and Yahoo!, and Jabber.

3) IrcCE ($14.95) - Full featured IRC client that allows for chat on any IRC compliant network. Includes full support for DCC CHAT/SEND/GET. A 15-day trial version is available for download.

4 & 5) I don't see that these are really needed for a PocketPC.
