You have to uninstall then reinstall them. I install almost everything onto my sd card. I install all movies and gps maps onto cf card. Very few things get installed into main memory, but I did install Pocket Informant into main memory. But I have an x50v. My main memory is different than yours. Mine will get wiped out in a power loss, yours won't. There is a very small speed difference between flash memory and onboard memory, but I don't even notice it.
