Quite correct - but this method will install TCPMP into Main Memory which is probably not where you want it, as it will use up your RAM.
It is better to transfer the .cab file (as Axzilla describes) to your Temp folder and then use
cabinstall (a freeware utililty). You can then install the application wherever you like - BIS or a storage card. After installation you can then delete the .cab file in your temp folder (Unless cabinstall has done it for you of course).
