1. It doesn't give you the option of choosing exactly which streets to include in the route, but it does give you the ability to avoid certain roads. So you would create a route from A to B, and if it includes a road you don't want to travel on, you would select that portion and have it exclude it. iGuidance will then route around that. But even then it may not give you the exact route you want.

2. The software will recalculate if you miss a turn or make a wrong turn. It will first attempt to reroute you back to the original route, but after a few missed turns, it will then recalculate a new route. I read on gpspassion.com that there's a registry tweak that will make the program recalculate the entire route if a turn is missed every time.
