Atomic Stock

I keep my taskes sorted in multiple task folders like the below picture.

(yes i know the wedding folder is empty, its a bad example, but pretend there is stuff in there)

But reciently i noticed that they are not showing up in my tasks on my Axim. It seems to only be syncing the default "tasks" folder.

Is there any way to fix this?
