They are very different, WISBR lets you skin the top bar on your pocket pc, the "start" bar it gives you "ok" and "exit" button on your start bar also to really close programs, the other app lets you have short cuts to apps on your desktop, thats it.

Use PocketFacelift, it lets you do both those things and more, it gives you a battery meter, let you customize almost everything on the today screen and makes it overall jus talot better, Its the best PPC software I ever bought, theres a review on aximsite abotu it too.
