On Dell website, in the Axim ordering section, there's "Both the Travel Synch Cable and the Cradle are available with either a USB or serial connector" available. However, a Dell's rep told me that there's no such thing as serial synch cable, only USB. He also told me that even if we buy a CF serial card, we won't be able to get it to work. Can anyone please confirm or deny this? Thanks.
