I bought mine July 1 so I have until the 31 for Dell to make it happen. I'm not overreacting as I suspect Dell will work on it and either fix it quickly with a patch or not. If not return it and begrudgingly buy an Ipaq 2210 even though I HATE HP AND COMPAQ.
On a side note my company was looking into purchasing a boatload of the Axims for our field staff and has decided to hold off after I let the key people know whats going on. Currently our company and associates have purchased over about 30,000 desktops and laptops over the last 3 years and I have to say we have been more than pleased in all areas.
Our nationwide company has over several thousand employees.
If Dell would do the honorable thing and turn this into a customer service coup by admitting something is wrong and say they will make it right because Michael Dell already has more money than anyone could possible spend than I would have suggested to my company to go ahad and purchase them anyway.
Hope Dell can put that in their pipe and smoke it!
