What you probably saw, was the thread about the MegaMAME, which indeed does NOT work for everyone, since it has VERY high memory requirements. So, unless you make the appropriate adjustments, it will not work. However, the plain MAMECE works for
everybody.......at least everyone who has an IQ above 75, so he/she can actually follow some simple instructions
As for blank screen, the emulator has nothing to do with this. It means that the ROM file is incomplete, or unsupported, or the filenames are all wrong. Since the emulator fires up, it works. If a specific ROM doesnt work, this means that the ROM has a problem
