This may be old news, but Dell took the d-pad patch off it's site. I understand from Rollie, their moderator, the engineers found some problems with it and are now trying to 'patch the patch.
Rollie said it will be reposted when they get it fixed. Someone had posted several days ago, a work-around for people having trouble w/ said d-pad patch. I guess this finally caught someone's attention and Dell decided to fix it.
