This one is called NBstatCE im sure some of you have heard about it but i did a search and nothing came up.
NBstatCE is a net bios scanner. Basically, it scans for shared files and im pretty sure it detects shared printers also. It has a very simple interface which is quick and easy to use. It really only has 2 functions, Ping (ping-sweep, scans for machines on a LAN), and the netbios scanner. For those of you who dont understand this: netbios will show if the machine has any shared items, and ping will just tell you if there is a computer on the LAN.
This app is a standalone .exe, you can put it in /windows/start menu/Programs
