Some application and setting dialogs happen to be partially offscreen. E.g. when I open alarms dialog I can not see the time and alarm setting buttons. I have to make screen alignment portrait to see them, but in that case some of the dialogs that don't fit vertically stop showing normally.
The same with some other default applications (not all) -- like Remote Desktop.

Have you encountered the same problem and is there a fix for that?
