I downloaded MS Reader and I thought I activated it but when I go to the "About MS Reader" page it says that it was activated yet.
I checked my programs and I do see "Microsoft Activation" is installed.
What am I doing wrong?

Please check to assure that your activation files are located in the default/device location and not on your storage card. Installing your activation components to your storage card will result in the Microsoft Reader being unable to view them. If you have installed the activation to your SD card please uninstall them fully before you attempt to reactivate. Failing to do so can result in further errors on the system. Please do not cut and paste the activation files to the \windows location from the SD card to remedy as this may result in unpredicatble behavior. It is best to cleanly uninstall the activation component and reinstall to the preferred location.
To fully uninstall the activation components please do the following:
- Cradle the device
- On your PC open activesync and go to Tools | Add/remove programs
- Select Microsoft Activation
- Click the "Remove" button in the "Remove from both locations" section in the dialog
- Delete your annotations and any hidden litpath.lpt files from your device
- Reactivate once again from http://das.microsoft.com/activate/en-us/default.asp
