You need to click post reply and then in the part with the font changing things (bold, italic, underline) there's a button that says IMG. You click that button if you picture is only on a different website like angelfire (geocities won't work). If it is not online you have to go down to where it says "Attach file" and click choose. You can then select any file on your harddrive.
