I got this email today, but I can't even get to the option they are talking about. My bar doesn't scroll. :(

Thank you for your reply. We are currently looking at connection issues
for Journal Bar and during our testing on devices running PPC2003
Journal Bar appears to be updating as usual. Could you try adjusting
the connection settings on your device to see if this helps?
On the top bar there is an icon for connections. Tap it, and select
"Settings". You should be able to switch between "Home" and "Work", and
should be able to add proxy information. Please note, you may need to
soft reset the device to switch between work & home.
