Mobility Site - View Single Post - Ideal video size using AGK.......Bradish come in?

I am using Bradish's excellent tutorial for encoding a video for my X51V. Is there a way to determine a custom output size related to the length of the original video?I have a 640x480@475MB from a 3.9GB VOB file - I am sure it could be smaller. Or do I simply try by trial and error until the video is not acceptable?
